The next Fourth Degree Exemplification will be held on November 1, 2025 at Saint James the Greater Catholic Church in Concord, North Carolina. For all information related to this exemplification, refer to the Exemplification Letter. It will describe eligibility, the application process, fees, et cetera.
An online fillable Form 4 should be filled out, printed and included in your application. Unfortunately, the form does not have place for your email address. You can add it to the printed form as shown on the sample Form 4 in the Exemplification Letter.
